Welcome!!

Dear Parents & Guardians,

Hello! I am honored to be your child's 5th grade teacher for the upcoming school year.
I’m looking forward to meeting with you and your child. We’ll be doing lots of reading and writing together, and deepening our understanding of Mathematics, Social Studies, and Science. In addition, we’ll continue to work on building independence and developing good organizational habits to prepare your child for middle school.

Please feel free to contact me any time. My e-mail is callen@esmschools.org and the school phone number is (315) 434-3420.

More information will also be available throughout the year right here on our classroom website – www.allenesm.blogspot.com.  Each day will feature our current Learning Goals, Agenda & Homework. I'll also post handouts, class policies, assignments, and links to helpful online resources. (All handouts and information will be given in class as well, so internet access is not required.)

Enjoy the rest of your summer, and I’m looking forward to a terrific year!

Yours sincerely,
